The second floor of 4884 is a beautiful space – for dance, for dividing into studios, for a gallery, etc. The light is fabulous and the floor is over 3,000 of polished hardwood. The ceiling has three clerestory windows, each covering the entire width of the roof. Light is fantastic. We are using this space now as an exhibition space – for large displays.
